Feeling stressed, anxious and confused about COVID-19? Don't know what to believe about COVID-19? Then join us for this interactive webinar!

This webinar is targeted for adults with Asperger/Autism (Level 1). Join us if you would like:

1) to discuss Covid-19 and how it's affecting you

2) to discuss ways to differentiate between fake news, opinion and fact (this skill will be useful beyond this crisis; it'll be helpful to both autistic college students and working adults, especially when you need to write papers, reports, prepare presentations)

3) to discuss what stress means, the signs of stress and a few coping strategies

This is an audio/video session using the ZOOM platform. After registering you will receive instructions on how to access the webinar via ZOOM. You can join via computer or mobile device. Though optional, you are encouraged to use a headset with microphone for a more positive experience. Webinar is limited to 35 participants.
