Payment & Cancellation Policy

How do I make payment?

  • Payments are made online securely and conveniently via credit or debit cards (VISA or Mastercard) or PayNow. Payments are processed using STRIPE payment gateway service.

  • You will be required to make payment at the time of making your appointment.

What are your cancellation and refund policies?

  • Refunds are not possible for coaching/counselling sessions. Refunds for webinars may be possible; please check the registration information for the webinar.

  • Should you need to reschedule your coaching/counselling appointment, you may do so once, but at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment without penalty.

  • Clients who cancel less than 48 hours before their coaching/counselling appointment time are billed for the full cost of their scheduled session.

  • In extenuating circumstances, we could negotiate on rescheduling a coaching/counselling appointment within the 48-hour time frame. However, this will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

  • Should I need to cancel the appointment due to an unforeseen circumstance and rescheduling is not possible, you will receive a full refund via STRIPE.
